The loan depot does provide very quick service. The staff has very little knowledge of the process after the initial steps. I have been in several times to pay and while standing at the counter waiting have over herd other customer details with no attempt to make them private. I've witnessed managers become very rude with customers with a floor full of potential customers. I do not recommend and will stay away.
I currently had a situation come up where I needed quick cash. I have ok credit but didn't have the time to wait on my banks loan process. I chose the Loan Depot due to other reviews on their website. My first impression was that they seemed polite, professional and very qualified. I soon learned that this is far from the truth.
