Alright where do i start, I wrote a review a few days ago , that i was so tired and dissatisfied with the lack of communication with my previous lawyer , Derek Chou , left and I was not informed and the outcome of my bill assessment decision sat in his inbox. I had an ongoing issue with a slumlord for years. Josh was incredibly helpful in dealing with the matter. Highly recommend.
My history started in 2020 , whem my previous lawyers tried to scam me 48,000 of work. I went to court and the bill assessment officer , grated me 14,000 in December 2024..Patrick Wymes had 30 days to pay me out. I still have not seen a dime from it. I was asked my Brittaney Tessier , after Derek Chau depaeture, Patrick Wymes failed the couet order of reimbursing me, 14,000. I had to pay for a motion of 350.00 tk reckver the rhe funds.. Absolutely horrible with regards to communication. My lawyer was Jeremie and would literally answer me less than 25% of the time. One time he didn't even bother showing up to a court hearing. My case was pretty straight forward and simple so it wasn't detrimental but was still incredibly frustrating to be ignored and feeling like I was navigating everything myself. Do not recommend.
