If you can’t be kind, you shouldn’t own a business. Unfortunately, my experience with Land & Title fell well below expectations. The women who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude once she realized my case wouldn’t be worth her time(she wasn’t even listening) and did not demonstrate the level of mortgage industry knowledge one would expect from a company offering these services as described. I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone else for this matter.
25 plus years as a mortgage loan originator has taught me a smooth and professional closing is what my clients will remember. Joni Bottorf and her team provide just that. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
