Love it. The group classes are small and the trainers and members are very welcoming to people of all fitness levels. The red light therapy is a game changer too. So thankful I was referred here by a friend. I am so much stronger after a few months and cannot wait to continue my journey here.

Your journey is a place you can go for all your wellness needs. From saunas to training sessions to cryotherapy, they have it all. So incredibly thankful to have such a wonderful place to go in our community!!
Such an amazing place! I have been with Jennie for over 10 years. Your journey Fitness is such a safe, loving, and beautiful space! From the tailored workouts for all body types to the inferred saunas they offer a little bit of everything! 15/10 🥰
The one stop shop for ALL your health needs!
Not just a gym, but an amazing health club. The small group setting allows for modifications for those who need it, as well as more advanced workouts. The staff along with the clientele are positive and always pushing you to do your best. The red light, cryotherapy, and saunas have done wonders on my rheumatoid arthritis. The supplements are in abundance and delicious. If I can’t make a class, there’s always open gym to do my own workout. Definitely found the perfect place for me. Love Your Journey and everyone there!!
