The most wholesome community I have been a part of. The trainers knowledge in the weight room is top tier. It doesn’t stop there, the options for cryo and red light therapy along side of the inferred saunas all in house is unmatched. Services from massage therapy to cupping, acupuncture, and facials. This health club has change peoples lives, bodies, and mindsets. From incredible workouts to the incredible massages and the personal support from the genuine staff. every visit makes me more relax, empowered, and more motivated. This isn’t your regular health club. If you’re looking for a place that is totally well-being this is it. I couldn’t recommend it more highly
I’ve been coming to this gym for the last 3 years, and I can honestly say it has changed my life. After having two kids, I struggled to feel like myself again physically and mentally. I joined YJHC a little over a year ago and it’s made a huge difference for me not only physically but in all areas of my life. The coaches are supportive, the members are the absolute sweetest, and it’s truly has helped me to stay consistent in a way I never have before. Love it. The group classes are small and the trainers and members are very welcoming to people of all fitness levels. The red light therapy is a game changer too. So thankful I was referred here by a friend. I am so much stronger after a few months and cannot wait to continue my journey here.
