I was recommended using this tax preparer by some trustworthy friends. I will say, very helpful when I was there. But, when it came up to a follow up phone appointment, absolutely horrible. I was watching Jacquelyn enter my phone appointment on her calendar, "there's no mistake that I had a phone apt." When that date came and gone, I never got a follow call.
