I bought several items from The Event Roamer. BILL is always very responsive and very helpful. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and the equipment itself is extremely well-made and works very well. The ability to share photos instantly from a great camera is a game changer. We love our rumors. I have two of them. One is in Texas one is in Peru. I would definitely buy more equipment from BILL and The Event Roamer!
We purchased an Event Roamer earlier this year and are so happy we did. This is such a versatile unit and the monopod system makes it easy to roam. I must say the build quality is amazing and the support that Bill provides matches the quality. I highly recommend the event roamer.
