It’s the first time I’ve ever booked a ride, and I wanted to use someone that does non emergency transportation. Rochelle was on time for pickup and return trip. Friendly and polite and car was clean. If we need to do this again, we will use Your Guardian Angel.
Company might be great but as a vendor, we are not getting paid and our calls are being avoided for payment. Disappointing to provide a service and to be getting the run around for open invoices.
