I was called at 4 oâclock the afternoon before my scheduled, confirmed, early morning move because the company was behind. I was not free to go to the pick up site on their new date. They promised a virtual walk-through of the site, but neglected to tell the movers. They then delivered an incorrect item to my home and took some items that we wanted to their office for donation.
