This is a long time coming. Honestly I had all but forgot about this terrible experience until I received some kind of networking mass email from their company recently. I hired their movers roughly a year ago. They arrived to the house. The movers were kind. The owner Sarah however was a mess. Communication was awful. I had hoped to leave a glowing review after two successful moves with my mother's belongings and mine over the years, but these last two moves at the end of 2025 were problematic. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but since moving is so stressful and expensive, I think that potential customers need to understand the risks so they can advocate for themselves. AmazIng Crew! These two gentlemen, Less and his partner had us laughing throughout the process once the ice was broken. They handled my Mom's (90 years old) items with the care and respect they deserved. An error was made (on my part) about which bed would work in Mom's Assisted living bedroom. The guys immediately got on the phone with"The Boss" and returned the bed and came back with correct one. If my husband and I ever move, we are definitely calling Your Family Moves. Price was exceptional. Will definitely recommend

Estimate was $1900. The day of the move it was $5900. Communication is extremely poor. They broke knobs on a bureau that I cannot replace. Very, very disappointed in them! I would never use them again!

They showed up right on time ( even a bit early, actually) and got right to work. Removed doors and replaced them as needed, wrapped everything well and whisked it all away to the storage unit where I had doubts about it fitting in, but they got it in the there with room to spare. Excellent, professional and friendly service all the way through.
