I do not recommend this optical shop at all! The owners and managers are not professional at all. The prices of lenses and frames are marked way up. I have been in optical for 30 years so I know how much things like that cost. The owners and manager are a little too "Friendly" with each other. Not Profession or Honest...
Not reliable and not professional at all. We 4 family members were Your Eye Shop customers. They always say delivery of contact lens would be next day. It never happened. My son, my wife both had very late delivery of lenses (about three days or more after promissed time). My younger son, my wife and my sister in law had same problem for their glasses. they were never ready on time promissed. During our last visit, they said to my wife that they are giving 10% discount, when we showed a coupon. Receipt did not show any disco... read more
