Nice and friendly staff and got us taken care of quickly
I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. My interaction with the manager, Carter, was incredibly disappointing. When I urgently requested a rush on a test, Carter responded with jokes and displayed a careless attitude. Despite having paid for their services, he offered no solutions and was unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or the owner, Carter claimed to be the manager and provided no further assistance, even giving me the same phone number I had called.
