I had a very good experince with this company. First of, they are the only ones I called where a person actually picked up the phone. I spoke with Bob, who I believe is one of the owners. He promised to call me back with an estimate from the lab as to when I can expect to get the results, since the test I am requesting is not very common. He did call me as promised, and the test is scheduled promptly for the following day.
Always very timely and provides great communication. I would highly recommend this company for your water tests.
