I truly wanted to leave a great review because the craftsmanship is beautiful—Vanlor is very talented, and his oldest daughter also does impressive work. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Not even a year after installation, one of the cabinet doors fell off. It took quite a long time to get someone to come and reinstall it, and although they were also supposed to address paint issues (which are already peeling in several areas), that work was never completed.
