I used to frequent this place a lot. Now I have moved into the neighborhood I use it more. Sadly their prices have risen and besides the amazing staff they have, I am not sure why I would go back.also the stock they carry is not the same. I think they must have new owners. I was looking for pinesol and for a small bottle over 8 dollars 🤬ridiculous.
Our family frantically remembered the need to inflate balloons for our child’s birthday party at 5:00PM the night before. Grishma went above and beyond to arrange for us- clearly communicating pricing and timing- then she managed to have balloons inflated ahead of time. She arranged the balloons beautifully, was very kind and helpful. We will continue to get our balloons from here for the awesome service. Thank you Grishma!
The staff are wonderful and so nice!!! When they were a little short of what I needed, they contacted their other store and had the owner bring some down and called me the same day to pick up. Thank you again!!
This store used to be great, but the lack of customer service ruins the whole vibe of the store. Everyone here seems to hate life. They barely look up from their phones to greet you as you walk into the store. They stand and socialize with each other while customers stand at the till waiting to be checked out. Thank goodness that a dollar tree opened down the road, I'll take my business there, where the staff seems to appreciate the customers.
