I bought a helium balloon for my grandson and it was filled too full or defective from the start. The moment I put it in my car it burst. This was a $20+ ballon. I immediately went back in the store and explained what happened and asked for it to be replaced. The clerk was examining the line where it broke and deemed it my fault! I had to shell out another $20+ bucks for a new balloon. This store doesn’t value their customers! Rather than replacing the balloon, they charged me again! I will never shop there again! I had a great experience here. I was referred from an alternative location because they did not have the specific item I needed at the one but promised this one would, and they were right! Also the lady who helped with the balloon, very impressive. Watching her do the flippy and getting fancy with the spices ( or ribbons.) Happy with my care :)
It's under new management and they don't have Price tags on most of their store products, boxes all over the floor. Looks like horder's moved in.
We’ve moved to the area about 18 months ago and used to love going to this store. It is always clean, neat and well stocked. I Found the wooden rings and beads I’ve been hunting for. So happy, that is until I tried to pay. I walked to the front of the store and there was a lady working on fluffing out a fake Christmas tree. Unsure what to do, I looked around.
