I thoroughly enjoyed my weekly and sometimes bi-monthly sessions with Aphrodite. I made significant progress. Aphrodite enabled me to get the the root of my thinking patterns and look at situations from different perspectives, whilst also reassuring me that I was tackling things correctly. I made lots of progress with Aphrodite in a short space of time. I found a space in which open conversation felt easier than usual for me, and this in turn allowed me to open up about things that were affecting me that I hadn't really realised were having such an impact on my day-to-day. Aphrodite is a brilliant communicator, listener and support, and I'd strongly recommend her to anyone seeking a counsellor.
After having weekly sessions with Aphrodite for over a year and a half it was truly a life changing experience and can not thank her enough for her patience, understanding and support navigating through some tough times. I am forever grateful.
I started off our sessions with a few simple goals in mind, along the way Aphrodite created a challenging yet safe space guiding me through many important parts of my life which I had previously ignored.
