I am not even going to rate this bank as good or helpful. Ever since they have taken over First Federal, I have had nothing but problems. First they could not assist in getting access to my accounts. Second they turned off my debit card mid transfer/conversion even though it was to keep working. I have to call every 2 or 3 days to change my password because their system won't keep the passwords that I choose. They have no customer service for after hours....God forbid you have an emergency.
