In a damaging situation that unexpectedly landed on my doorstep they came to me and took complete control of the whole project from start to finish. I did not have to worry about anything from prep to first class repair of the highest standard, to insurance settlement. It was like a dream come true.
We had a slow leak under the washing machine which soaked into the timber floor below. Insurers said it was all fine and to just replace a kitchen end panel. We called Your Claim who discovered high moisture readings below the ceramic tiles. The subfloor was rotten! We had a new suspended floor, cosmetic floor and Your Claim negotiated a large contribution towards a new kitchen. Thank you Your Claim. Highly recommend!
I can not say enough about the excellent service I received. Communication was excellent and Graham was extremely conscientious in dealing with the insurance company on my behalf.
