I went into my session with Sakari fully tensed throughout my body with lower back pain that had been present for over a week. I required assistance turning over on the table because of it. After my stretches and glutes work, I was able to get up off of the table with minimal help. Her attention to detail and calm atmosphere won me over. I will be making our visits regular!
