These guys are great! Very patient and go out of their way to "fine" products I need, but their store doesn't carry. Special orders from their other stores delivered 2 days a week so not much wait. They are higher priced than big box stores, but so helpful and close. I buy there instead of lowes/home depot as much as possible.
I went in to look at materials to replace my deck. One guy was on phone the other look like he may have writing something up at the counter. I stood there 5 minutes and neither acknowledged me. I left can came back and went to the decking section and looked for someone to help and no one...I left. They need training in customer service!
Guy closing down was very rude. We went and got our lumber from lowes. Much cheaper and better quality.
