To be completely upfront: They did a decent job of moving. Nothing was broken (it was a 10 mile move) and, more or less, everything was placed where I asked them to. However, when I contacted them a few days later to express my disappointment over some other items (example: 40-min late arrival with me having to reach out to ask where they were, leaving wrapping trash at my old house, and a few other things), I received probably the worst customer experience I've every experienced. I am always nervous to hire a moving team and I will say the team at Budget movers is incredibly hard working and kind! We were very impressed with their ability to move quickly and effectively. Karim and Abdul were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were a bit delayed in arriving and there were a few unexpected logistic errors on the day of and even with those they made it all work! Everything made it safely and we were very happy with their service.

They were ready early, they were efficient, kind and accommodating, and they went above and beyond what was expected. They handled my belongings with care and were very quick.
