Booked the company to assist with moving bigger item a month before my move. Planned to have 2 people for 2 hours starting at 9am. Charged a deposit when I booked them then a week later charged for the rest of the move. 9am Moving day arrives no one showed up. I call the office at least 8 times. 9:30 I get a call back from one of the movers stating that they are having trouble finding the workers but he is around the corner 9:45 one person shows up. Do not recommend. The movers were careless. Dropped furniture repeatedly, lost pieces along the way, piled items carelessly. Spoke to management. No response.
We had great service with Your Budget Movers. We asked for a move of some really heavy items and they came and got the job done THE SAME DAY! Communication, service, price, and all around care was great. Highly recommend them! Shout out to Kareem and Omar for the great service!
I moved last year and had to file an incident report to get reimbursed $100, but this was my experience: I was honestly surprised by the absolute carelessness that the movers showed to our things. When the movers arrived there were plenty of moving blankets in the truck and I assumed they would offer/ask before moving some of our larger and more delicate pieces of furniture. This company was very affordable and willing to work with my busy schedule. The movers were prompt, polite, quick, and willing to help anyway they could during their time. I sincerely appreciated this company and will be using them again!
