Adam is the best physio! Has helped me with a couple of different issues with my neck and shoulders and gives me great take home exercises. Will come back whenever I am next in pain
Adam is amazing at what he does! He considers the issues you are facing, asks your health goals, and then looks holistically at how to get you to your goal! As someone with chronic pain who has struggled to find someone who will help get my body into a position where I can actually get fit and stronger, I am better than I have been in years!
I’ve been having treatment at Your Body Physio at North Richmond regularly this year. Adam has been helping me recover from an injury following falling from my horse. Adam has provided highly professional physiotherapy that now has me up and achieving the goals I need to get back to my sport. I highly recommend Your Body Physio.
