Difficult to find on first visit. I asked for a remedial massage, which I'm sure I was advised over the phone was $125. My bill charged me $140 for a myopatherpy session. I won't be back.

When I first heard of the name, American football came to mind. The players stand in a circle and the word hub lent itself to my visual. I have had 4 sessions at the time of writing this and eventually I will ask about the name. Name aside, there are about 20 staff members, judging from the wall. Open 7 days a week, long hours. Very good exercise physiologists here. They are very friendly and supportive but also great and pushing you when you need it (which is most of the time). The pilates classes were also surprisingly helpful and worth doing. Didn't think I'd get such a workout from a few springs. Well worth the visit.
