This has to be the worst accounting service I have used in over 20 years. They are unprofessional, unorganized, emotionally driven, and disrespectful. I was referred to them by Tax Strategist of America (TSOA). You will not be able to speak with anyone from this firm. All correspondence is by email. What they do not tell you is that one person is monitoring the thread, but the person who needs the information is not. Confusing, right? Over the course of 10 years, I tried many times with several accountants to resolve my IRS tax issues. I found Tina's website and I was inspired by her mission statement. So I figured I would give her a chance and I am so glad now that I took the chance. She totally delivered. I owed 140,000 and she settled for less than 10,000.
