I have been going to Roger for several years. He has been fantastic in all the muscle work and focuses on exactly what areas of my body need! He concentrates a great deal on my previously broken foot and the constant tightening of my muscles in that leg! His expertise and knowledge along with his massage techniques allow me to continue to live life with less pain and less limping!! I recommend him highly for anyone needing massage!
I’ve been using Roger for 22yrs. Roger can do a fluff n buff massage, But his specialty is MUSCLE WORK. If U have a problem see Roger he takes pride in getting to the root of the problem and fixing it. He also takes the time to let U know movements that may help you in the future. Continuing to always educate himself in different therapudic tecniques, Roger is my go to for body work.
Roger is an exceptional massage therapist. His years of experience and 5 Star reviews, expertise are obvious from the moment you meet him. He is professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the body and muscle tension. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better physically. I have had many many massages in my life, but Roger is the absolute best! He is kind and thorough and calming. In addition, a few years ago, he noticed my breathing was quick and labored and he talked me thru trying to regulate and improve my respiratory system, which has been a disaster for years and talked to me about things even my pulmonologist hadnt.
