I used this tax service for several years and until recently I was satisfied. He moves his office every year and last year I could not locate him. This year he called me and gave me his new address. But I called for an appointment, leaving a voice mail for him to call me. He never called back. Although he seemed knowledgeable and he had a good personality I find that he is no longer reliable.

This is the second year we have used Travis for our taxes, last year he was with another tax company & he did great (except failing to file my city taxes), great customer service too. This year his services have been terrible! He did not finalize all of our taxes while we were in his office, so we are still unsure if everything was filed and since I still have not received my Ohio taxes and there is no record of my taxes on the states web site, I'm going to say he probably hasn't. I used to work for this guy. He left town and didn't pay my paycheck. Its been about 4 months. He only does what's best for himself. I would choose another place to go if you want an honest "CPA".

I provided services to Travis and he has yet to pay his bill. He will not return calls and is never at his office.

Stole furniture from a client. I am cleaning up his mess, he will be dealing with the IRS shortly about his ridiculous returns.
