I would't trust anyone with my car, but Young's. They are always reliable and know their stuff. Been going here ever since they opened their business.

Went here because it was close to my residence. Had taken my car to the dealership up until now. I just wanted them to do a oil lube & filter and check my brakes. They then told me I needed a serpentine belt. They quoted one price but when I went to pick up the vehicle they slapped me with a 176.00 fee. I was flabbergasted but didn't feel like debate or argument. As the day went on I felt a bad taste in my mouth. I decided to call the shop so they could make me better understand what just happened. I was never spoken to as rudely as the manager spoke to me. I felt so taken advantage of. The least any business can do is offer their paying customers patience and courtesy.
