I want there last year to do my tax and after I finished i started seeing transactions that I didn't understand what it was and it kept happening, even after asking them what it was they just gave a excuse, and said they will return it but it never came in until I decided to change my bank account and change everything that's when it stopped i don't recommend this place everyone is disrespectful and rude
If I could give a negative star I would these people are disrespectful and even the owner is disrespectful I went there with my wife and found out that they was scamming us I came from another state and throughout my life everywhere I've done tax I didn't pay that much but when I went in there they asked me to pay 1.5k and worst the owner himself started cussing at my wife saying we was disrespectful and yelling but all we wanted was explanation
Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Unacceptable Service – Avoid This Accountant! Talk about one star. I want to give this place negative stars if I could. I have never met such liars in my entire life. These people are not trust worthy. Once they have your bank information they will just keep charging you for fees which don’t have any explanation. They asked us to send documents and we did. They wont even check if they received it. When we call and ask the status they respond saying they didn't receive any email.
