We hired Young Transportation to bring our guests (50+ people) from downtown Asheville to our venue in Weaverville and were very happy with the level of service. Young Transportation arrived early, got guests to and from the venue, and had transparent pricing and fast communication at every step. We had a group of about 45 people that included high school students with disabilities, who were heading back to Ohio after spending a week at camp. We were on a bus with a different busing company that was having mechanical issues and we had to switch buses. We switched to a Young bus on very short notice. Young allowed us to stop at their office, use their restrooms, and provided us with cold water. Everyone there was positive and so helpful!
Ashley from Young Transportation!! I attended a wedding last weekend in Asheville that used Young for transportation. When I forgot something, the venue was not nearly as helpful as Young Transportation was!! Ashley sent back my lost item and I am forever grateful for her & the team going above & beyond to return it to me. I feel in good hands- thank you so much!
