I'm really not impressed with my last 2 encounters with this company. I needed to refund products bought. I asked specifically for a full refund back to my bank account, but instead got a refund to my YL account. Disappointed is an understatement. After 35 minutes on the chat with one CSR, days later, I realized I still had not received the refund.
