staff was so sarcastic? if i knew what size was good for me, i wouldn’t have asked you? 🤨 i never bought any young hearts products before so i didn’t know how their sizes run and enquired about it, she didn’t bother measuring my body and gave me an attitude as if it was obvious that i should buy a size i usually wear not knowing other stores have different measurements?? other stores S/M would fit nicely, while others L would be a more comfortable fit. The staff has serious attitude problem, never fail to deliver sarcasm when enquiring about product and starts a lecture about how this is malaysia and thats how it is. Couldn’t wait to leave the store
Went today on 15 Dec 2023 around 2pm to the Komtar branch. Choose 4 bras for my daughter that were on offer for RM100. Went to the register to pay, and the salesperson said what we chose was 3 for RM99. We asked how was that the case when the sign was clearly stating 4 for RM100. We asked her to come to look at the sign herself. She actually did not want to step forward to come and see! We had to ask her twice to see for herself.
