I am very disappointed with my experience at Young Hearts, IOI Mall Puchong. When I asked about Double XL sizes, a staff member ( indonesian lady) responded in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. Before asking what I was looking for, she held and squeezed my arm while looking at me in a way that felt judgmental and body-shamed. I felt embarrassed and body-shamed by this interaction. the indonesian aunty worker there needs to be seriously re-trained. i came to browse at this outlet two times already and she insists on giving me the wrong size EVERYTIME. she didn't even measure me or anything, just looked at me and insisted that she knows my size. gave me a tight bra at that.
Please tukar staff indonesia yang tua.not yang young. kerana yang tua itu sangat biadap bila bercakap dengan saya. saya tanya berkenaan braa dia jawab dengan nada yang teruk, memang sangat sangat teruk kalau masih ambil ini orang untuk menjadi pekerja anda!! Then i pergi, dia bercakap sendirian mengata sesuatu buruk kepada saya....
Very good experience.. the women staff is very friendly and helpful, she also help to find more things for me to try so I can choose more, she also help to find my sizes and very kind.. gonna repeat this outlet
I went to the store to browse and the sales promoter shouted and glared at me , told me to leave cuz I had drinks that almost finished. She should have asked politely to leave instead of being rude. I will never go there anyway, for the future customers, please avoid that place if you want bad customer service
