We highly recommend Young Heart Senior Care Home! It has been the perfect home for Dad as he transitioned from an assisted living facility. We were previously receiving calls throughout the day and night along with ER visits for falls or TIA treatment. Since moving to YH, Dad has experienced no falls, no ER visits and we are seriously thrilled with the focus on his nutritional, physical and mental health! We are thankful for the care given to our family member at Young Heart. Finding the best fit can be quite the challenge. There are a lot of great facilities out there but we needed something smaller that was able to provide more individual attention. Young Heart is keeping our family member safe and healthy and we are grateful for all they do.
My dad has received exceptional care at Young Heart Care Home. Despite his behavioral issues, Alec and Debbie have been great with him. His quality of life has really improved and he is getting stronger every day. I am so thankful for their kindness and understanding!
I wish we had known this option existed a long time ago. We have searched for the right fit for our family member for years now, and we are so glad to have found Young Heart. The caregivers are wonderful people and the level of care they provide is completely superior to a traditional assisted living facility. It's a clean and comfortable home, and I can't imagine a better solution for our loved one.
My family member has been at Young Heart Senior Care for over a year and has received phenomenal care! I can’t say enough good things about the staff and quality of care.
