We transferred my grandfather to this gorgeous home on hospice. When we toured the home before transferring, we noticed how clean the home is and smells beautiful. His room is full of light and spacious. We felt comfortable letting him be transferred here. We wanted to have a place that felt like home in his final days. The caregivers have been fantastic— cooking meals and caring for the basic needs of my grandfather. This time of life can be so difficult! Everyone with Young Heart has been so helpful and caring. Knowing your loved one is being cared for in a compassionate way in a clean home with good food and fellowship is huge! We transferred my father from a larger facility, and are so glad we did! If you’re facing the difficult task of looking into options for your loved one, give them a call. They are wonderful!

Alec and his staff have gone above and beyond to make my mom feel at home as well as cared for! I had to move my mom from another facility and they welcomed her with open arms!
We highly recommend Young Heart Senior Care Home! It has been the perfect home for Dad as he transitioned from an assisted living facility. We were previously receiving calls throughout the day and night along with ER visits for falls or TIA treatment. Since moving to YH, Dad has experienced no falls, no ER visits and we are seriously thrilled with the focus on his nutritional, physical and mental health!
