These guys have no regards for Truckers time. They ve ordered trucks with absolute no product in their warehouse. They sent prople in the field to pluck the product when Trucks shows up. Wait time minimum is 10 to 12 hours. Call ahead to make sure they ve product ready before you head out. Otherwise stay at Truck stop untill they ve product. We need to stay clear of these places who do not respect Truckers time and only self centered.

Since 1970 I have been processing my own 200 pounds of hot or extra hot green chili over my grill. Now I’ll go find the 20 pound boxes in the San Diego area. I guess I should be looking for a Young Guns anonymous meeting to go to, it’s that good!!!!
Love Hatch chili from Young guns
I used to love the Red Chile but ever since the company reduced the size of the jugs the quality has gone downhill. The company has also kept the same expensive price even though the amount you get has decreased significantly. The chile has less authenticity because it isn't as hot/spicy as it used to be. You can tell that the recipe was changed and you can tell that the company waters down the chile now. Due to these issues, I will no longer be bringing Young Guns chile into my household.
