Comfortably the worst company I have ever employed. Installed incorrectly initially which led to flooding under the floorboards in the kitchen as the pipes weren't checked for compatibility for the new boiler. A few days later the boiler stopped working, I was told it was to do with the boiler itself being faulty so got a Bosch engineer round - he then let me know the condenser pipe had no exit route and the water had backed up into the boiler and flooded it. Very poor customer service and unreliable
Gas Combi boiler replacement : I couldn't be happier with Young Gas & Oil ltd, from the time they came to survey and estimate the works through to it's completion. If i could score them higher than 5 out of 5, i would! I spoke to 4 different companies (including British Gas) at the outset and Youngs G&O were the only ones who didn't give me a list of likely challenges with the project and instead built confidence this was all in a days work for them (which proved to be exactly right). I recently asked Young Gas & Oil to replace my old combi boiler with a new tankless electric water heater. I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, with Ashley and Paul arriving on time and completing the installation in a speedy manner. We hired Young Gas & Oil to refit our commercial workspace with a modern boiler system. Undoubtedly our best experience with contractors ever. They are a super efficient group who finish the work to a really high standard and obviously care a great deal about the quality of their workmanship. We are delighted to have discovered them in and they will definitely be our first port of call in the future. Our offices are super toasty. Highly recommend!!
