Recently attended a 6 year old birthday party - what a great afternoon it was! The kids made their own pizzas and decorated cupcakes. The instructors kept them engaged and were so patient. Each kid had an apron and chef hat and also received the pizza recipe at the end of the party to keep. Now my son is begging to take cooking classes. Would highly recommend!
Took my daughter here for a birthday party for the very first time. Cute place and great idea for the kiddos. Kids had a great time. The parents of the kids celebrating the birthday girl went inside the chef room to take pictures of them creating their little pizzas and we were shooed out by an older lady who came from the back. She was very rude and unprofessional. She literally was using her arms to motion us out like we were a flock of birds. Then she stated very coldy, "This is only for the parents of the birthday girl".... read more
Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. A wonderful place for children to gain experience preparing delicious food FROM SCRATCH. Very nice instructors and appropriate menus. We love it here.
My grandson and I have done a few of these classes and absolutely loved it. In fact, this past Sunday, we made homemade spaghetti from our recipe and experience we received at Young Chefs. This experience is worth the time and money. I didn't know if my grandson would be interested or not. (I've had since he was 4. He is now 15.) He loved it! After the pasta and sauce class, we bought our own machine and make it often. Well worth it. I would love to see one open in Summerville and offer teen classes. Melody
