Did not return phone calls in a timely manner. Gave inaccurate information about progress. Ended up moving business to another office.
Wrote our Wills up okay. However dropped the ball on our Estate Trust. Went over things in detail, including a name for the Trust. Told we would get a call when the papers were ready. Waited over a month, called them twice, never a call back. The mortgage on our home was now paid off and we needed a Lawyer to handle the deed work for it so we went with the people we bought from's Lawyer right down the road from this one. I have called more than two dozen times just to get a paper to change my name after my dissolution. At this point I will be having my child with my ex husbands last name and I am distraught over it. If you want an attorney that cares to treat your case with priority and value you as a client, this is not the attorneys office for you. I’ve been understanding for months now. I’m done with it. I am filing a complaint with the bar because that’s the only option they’re giving me at this time. Please do not trust this office to d... read more
