As a resale shopper, Myself and a consignor..The average consignor, Never sees what The staff see..In their lights..Items do slip by as you have to keep in mind HOW MANY, items they look at DAILY...Each staff member, may see, what another staff member may not see...Keep in mind Best that they hand it back to you, Because they may spot it later and Donate..Which is standard wording in their contract...I love to go into Young and Restless with MARLO at the Reins..as She is so Knowledgeable, and Helpful, with Maternity, Cloth D... read more

So/So – As patrons of this store for almost twenty years (through the original owner to now) we are well familiar with the store. Over the years it has gone through many owner changes and changes in general. The owner before the present one did not do a good job. I am more happy with Marlo, the current owner and don't feel that she is always rude. Its some of the other staff that I prefer not to have dealings with. High Prices and RUDE STAFF!! – I have shopped here several different times and am always turned off by how rude the owner is!! The merchandise is way overpriced for what it is!! save yourelf the headache and SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE< I WILL!!!
