The staff lack customer service while they sit there literally not waiting on anyone and then Turn people away and tell them to open an account online. After being frustrated by their lack of help in the bank at Belmar, the online website is anything but customer friendly which made us look into another bank that cares about assisting future clients. They are always so helpful and a great place for kids to learn about money!
It's definitely a great place to have your kids start out their financial learning. They explain things in great details and have many classes that your kids can take to learn about different things from investing checking/savings and even entrepreneurship.
This bank is barely open 1-5pm on the weekdays. And closed random days of the week. when i came in today, theres a note on the locked doors that they cant do any transactions???? Close this place down already. You obviously cant even keep the place up n running!!! Waste of space!!!
