I just spent several thousand dollars at this shady store to buy a massage chair. However, after only one week of use, it started having problems. When I contacted the store, the staff had an extremely rude attitude. They even threatened me, saying that if I shared my experience online, they would go after my whole family. I was subjected to insults and foul language for nearly an hour, which left me feeling very helpless and distressed.
When the Air Compressor turns on, it made a loud buzzing sound so I went to speak with the store owner. His response was “that’s normal and nothing he could do”. Unfortunately I couldn’t load a video in this review. Will not recommend this store to anyone.
I bought a massage chair here with 5-star service from knowledgable salesperson and their excellent recommendation. I am very happy with my chair and enjoying it everyday
