Justine is amazing! She cured my daughter’s travel sickness - which originally started when she was little, but got progressively worse. We tried everything - doctors etc but only hypnotherapy worked!! Thanks again Justine :-)
Not only was Justine able to ease my flight anxiety but was helpful in providing advice I can take into my daily life about my general anxiety. For the first time I'm looking forward to my holiday coming up and not filled with dread about the flight!
I recently attended Justine's Rest and RESET session, it was a great experience. It has been such a long time since i felt so relaxed and chilled. I will definitely do again.
Rest & Reset run by Justine is such a wonderful way to rest and switch off all the ins & outs of daily life. Justine takes you on a journey, no judgements, a supportive space to relax and sort your thoughts. And the most restive relaxed sleep was had following the session. Highly recommend.
Recently attended the Rest and RESET session and can highly recommend. Felt great after the session and didn’t know how much I needed it. My Fitbit recorded my best sleep score ever!
