The massages are usually good but as other people have mentioned, its a very noisy environment. They do not prioritize peace and quiet here which makes it very hard to relax. Why even play spa music if you're going to have people laughing and talking loudly over the music?

I came for a Full Body massage at SPA Shakira and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. First of all, the room was cold, which made it impossible to relax. I told multiple times that I got cold, after 5 times she turned off AC. Secondly, although the therapist was a pleasant person, she clearly lacked technique.
