Quiet place, free of judgement! You must know the times to go cause it gets packed, but what Gym doesn’t have prime time hours! I’ve been going for a year, seen all walks of life And they all want to see you grow! No “muscle heads” slamming weights and the hearbal life people tend to back off as well! There is no other zumba instructor who gives her class with such passion. The class is high beat, always a positive mood and the choreography is unique. I guarantee you sweat more than the usual 500 cals! Elly is the best!!
