Scammers. Orbitz should dump them. They charged me almost double my quote. We are very sorry for your opinion and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. They are scammers, Stay away from them. I went to pick up the car on April 8th, and the person at the front counter asked for proof of my car insurance, I showed him my car insurance card and he said you have to pay $204 because you have to buy insurance from us, I told him my insurance covered the rental cars and I do not need buy insurance from you, then he went outside the office to speak to the phone then came back inside saying you do not have SLI in your insurance, (Which i do not know what is SLI for), I called my ins... read more

Booked a three days Retal through a travel agency. When arrived the Orlando airport and tried multiple times to call for shuttle pick up, the first phone number was go to a hospital and second number no one answer the call, even the voice mail was not set up. Drive to their office location and the door was closed and no one in the office. It was 4:20 pm. How a legitimate car rental company not answer the calls and office is closed in business hours. WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY HE OR SHE THIS FEELS LIKE A ONE PERSON SHOW. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. BUT ODDLY THEY CAN TEXT YOU INSTEAD OF CALLING YOU. FOR THIS TO BE A PROFESSIONAL AND LEGIT BUSINESSES THEIR WEBSITE HAS MISSPELLED WORDS. RED FLAG AND CONTACT NUMBERS THAT DON'T EVEN RING TO THEIR BUSINESS THE 407 NUMBER RINGS TO A HOSPITAL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH TO HAVE AN AVAILABLE VEHICLE TO RENT. DON'T PUT YOURSELF THOROUGH THAT REGRET.
