We used You Pack to relocate from NSW to Tasmania. Before contacting You Pack I had spoken to several companies for pricing on a 20 foot container to move household items (furniture, bedding, tools etc) and either never heard back from them or was told “everything was done on their website.” My first phone call to You Pack was answered by Josh the manager who was more than happy to talk to me about what they could offer for our move. From the initial enquiry to the final container delivery nothing is an issue, communication is great which makes the whole moving experience much less stressful. We move from Perth to Townsville 14 years ago Then we move from Townsville to Sydney. Now we have move back to from Sydney to Perth. All the move we did was with You pack. Shane and the team have been good with us. They communicate well and being very helpful in everyway of the move. The storage is also well priced. A big thanks to all the team at You Pack.
