The three of us went to the massage shop together, and I’m not sure if the air conditioning wasn’t working or what, but it was extremely cold inside. The massage itself was also very rushed and half-hearted. I booked a full-body massage, but the therapist only worked on my shoulders and neck. During the massage, the two therapists were talking to each other, and at one point, part of their conversation seemed to be about wanting to finish earlier. Got a massage from a male therapist from this place. It was supposed to be a one hour deep tissue whole body massage. It turned out to be just for upper back massage. The male therapist decided (without consulting me) that he would just focus on one area. Then, he suggested that I extend for another half hour if I wanted my legs to be massaged. I was furious after the massage, instead of being relaxed because I felt I was conned. I’d stay away from this place. It is a scam.
I get frequent cervical headaches. I go in to help loose up my upper body; but out of all the places I go. I return to You Master. They know what they are doing. Brilliant service.
This place has become awful. The carpets are sticky and the towels are reused and filthy. Last few times I’ve been, they’ve made me wait for 30 mins then rush the massage, was supposed to get 30 mins, they gave me 20 and then tried to charge more. I would avoid this company altogether. It’s nowhere near as good as it used to be. I’d classify it as a tax scam
I have been to this particular business at least 6 different occasions and despite seeing a different masseuse each time, each masseur has been consistently fantastic. I must mention especially Colin and Rebecca are exceptional. It is obvious to me that they are highly educated and knowledgeable about soft tissue anatomy. Genuinely leave everytime feeling loose, lighter and my body feels healed. They also do private health rebate too.
