Just used the new infrared sauna followed up with a massage. I feel AMAZING!! I am sure that I will sleep extra well tonight and wake up ready to attack the weekend!! Stevie is so good at knowing what your body needs, and using multiple different approaches to help heal tired over worked muscles! The sauna was a perfect way to relax and prep before massage too. It reminded me of being at the beach with the heat, just no sand or bright sun. LOVED it!
