Mary is incredible! I saw her for a prenatal and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She has so much knowledge and is not afraid to go deep, typically I feel like prenatals are way too light and don’t get the job done, but Mary knows how to provide relief!
You can definitely tell Mary knows what she’s doing! She can precisely pinpoint areas of the body and always has insight and suggestions for you. I felt absolutely incredible after my time with her.
One of the best body workers I have had the privilege of knowing. Incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and authentic. I cannot recommend You Knead Me enough.

I’ve been seeing Mary for four years and even though I don’t live in Portland anymore every time I’m back in the area I book a massage because she is THAT good. She has really helped me with shoulder pain and giving recommendations for stretches and things to focus on outside of appointments. Can’t say enough good things!!
