Working with Julie is such a gift you give to yourself. I came for hynotherapy to quit smoking. After the third session I quit right after the session. I still had cravings and used other methods to help with the cravings for a few days but it gave me the determination and will to commit to quitting. I feel like my thoughts of smoking have changed. Instead of missing cigarettes, I see it as a very self destructive habit that I never want to partake in again.
