This is the only place I trust my nails wholeheartedly. Helen, alongside her team, is the loveliest person and I always have the best conversations with her, and leave the salon feeling so good about myself. Her work is as equally as fantastic as her!
I visited You Day Spa on Saturday 30th Aug 2025. They were great to fit me in for a massage and facial package with only a day's notice! It's a lovely and welcoming space they have set up. Both the massage and facial were sublime, just what I needed to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended. Hope I can visit again next time I'm visiting Melbourne.

Helen is the most beautiful human being. Her energy was so calming and generous. The treatments were excellent. A facial with AHA peel, lash tint, mini pedicure and 90min massage. Helen checked in with me throughout, making sure I was comfortable, and I left feeling completely restored. Thank you.
I’ve been a client of You Day Spa since 2000. I’ve been extremely happy with all treatments there - massages, facials, waxing, etc. I have my nails done there every three weeks. Acrylic and Gel mean my nails look fabulous for the entire time. Helen takes so much care in ensuring complete care of my nails. Highly recommend visiting You Day Spa for all spa treatments c
