I cannot speak highly enough about You Day Spa. I visit yearly when in Melbourne and the pampering never disappoints. Helen and her staff are always so friendly and make the visit fun, relaxing and special :)
This is the only place I trust my nails wholeheartedly. Helen, alongside her team, is the loveliest person and I always have the best conversations with her, and leave the salon feeling so good about myself. Her work is as equally as fantastic as her!
I visited You Day Spa on Saturday 30th Aug 2025. They were great to fit me in for a massage and facial package with only a day's notice! It's a lovely and welcoming space they have set up. Both the massage and facial were sublime, just what I needed to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended. Hope I can visit again next time I'm visiting Melbourne.

Helen is the most beautiful human being. Her energy was so calming and generous. The treatments were excellent. A facial with AHA peel, lash tint, mini pedicure and 90min massage. Helen checked in with me throughout, making sure I was comfortable, and I left feeling completely restored. Thank you.
