BED BUGS, COCKROACHES AND MICE OH MY! SAFETY; Physically safe building with low neighborhood crime although my car was damaged in the parking lot. If you don’t have a car or one that you care about, no worries. THEFT; Packages are stolen at times within the building. There was also a lot of internal theft in the building, a TV. was stolen off the wall just off the elevators and a physicians scale was also stolen from the building. I've lived here for 6 years. Things I like about the place are: the location is right next to stores and restaurants that I like. Wendy's, Panera, and Target are just across the street. I love my little apartment! It's small but cozy. I have not experienced the negative things that other residents have experienced. No bugs or rodents ever. Things I report to maintenance get resolved quickly. The management is understaffed and my rent was supposed to be recalculated n May and is still not done. Frequently the smell of marijuana escapes apartment spaces making daily living a challenge, often the smell of weed comes into my apartment space in which case I’ve had to buy candles to handle the smell.
