I recently purchased from the Yorkshire Fabric Shop via the internet a quantity of "London Printed 012 (Alice Wonder)" patchwork upholstery material and had it sent out to me in Australia. The fabrics from the Yorkshire Fabric Shop are exquisite but, above all, the service I received during a recent purchase was first class. I called to ask for advice on the correct fabric for my reupholstery project of covering 4 chairs for my little granddaughters and nothing was too much trouble. I was given suggestions and although I knew which fabric I preferred, I was told to wait until the 6 free samples arrived and I could view them in my home. I requested samples which was quick and easy to do and the fact that you can order up to 6, free of charge is fantastic!!! The samples came in a short period of time and were of a decent size (also beautifully packaged!) Amongst the samples i ordered, I found the fabric that I had had in mind!! I ordered a couple of metres of it straight away and just like the samples it arrived in a timely manor. Very happy with my purchase and I will be using Yorkshire Fabric in the not so distant future
