So to those that work a job full time and only get weekends free, Yorkshire bank will not help. I work 8 til 5 mon day to friday, like most people, and oh look they only open between 9:15 and 4:30. And now to get to the closest branch I have to travel at least 40 minutes.
A permanently 'closed' customer service desk, original 4 service tills reduced to 2 - generally long queues, which is because many people who want to ask questions (at the customer service desk) can't, because it's always closed are forced to join the queue - thus exacerbating the problem.
